Beautiful Double Exposure Photography
In photography, double exposure is a technique in which a piece of film is either exposed twice, or two different images are merged, and the resulting photographic image shows the second image superimposed over the first one. Today I present to you some original double exposure photos. They are original because they did not need any Photoshop editing. The photos below were taken by some amazing photographers, and it is really worth to see them as they are beautiful examples of double exposure. Great photographs with double exposure.
There are some great images among those double exposures. Especially the “Rising wind” and the ones that look as if there’s a window reflection.
Today with Photoshop, merging images isn’t such a big deal anymore, but I find it inspiring to see that this could be done in a dark room too.
Nice use of the double exposures! It is like a photo of someone through a window and the reflection. Or the reflection of what one is thinking.
